Best for You, if you want short captioned clips from a recording.
Our review
What it does well
- Cut vertical clips with burned-in captions and a subtitle file.
- Picked strong moments and skipped the dull stretches.
- Captions matched what was said, and clips started and ended in silence.
- Listed other moments with quotes and start times we could check.
Where it falls short
- In one clip the crop cut an on-screen name in half for several seconds.
Not tested yet:
- Links from sites other than the one video host.
- Picking moments from a very long recording on a schedule.
