Plan usage Light
Runs on its own about once a day.
How much of your Grok Bot plan it uses, based on how often it runs on its own and how heavy each run is. Light: only works when you ask, or one light check a day. Moderate: 2 to 6 runs a day, or one heavy job a day. Heavy: more than 6 runs a day.

Best for You, if you have a watch export and want a simple readiness read.
Our review
What it does well
- Found a hard week you should have eased off, and the figures matched the file.
- Left a day with no data blank instead of inventing numbers.
- Told you the newest data was a couple of days old before saying you were ready.
- Built an offline phone page whose numbers matched the export.
Where it falls short
- One week's hard-effort total was off by about a tenth.
How it could score higher
- Add up weekly hard-effort minutes from the file so the totals match.
- Ask which sport you do and tailor the 7-day plan.
Not tested yet:
- Exports from other watch brands.
- A second daily check with new data.

- @paulblanche21 · Oct 15, 3:37 AM PT · reply@Sarahub_it just export you watch data into it and it becomes your PT telling you to take it easy when needed depending on vitals and HRV. I was doing this myself for a year so just thought I would put it up for free in Grok Marketplace
- @paulblanche21 · Oct 13, 4:15 AM PT · replyFree to run. Works with Apple Watch, Garmin, Fitbit and Android exports. Your health data stays in your own bot. It isn't shared, and you can delete it anytime. Try it 👇
